If you are returning an item from the EU
To return your order through a collection point, you should follow these steps:
- Place the items inside the original brand box, and then inside the Overcube box;
- Stick the return label on the outside of the Overcube box (please cover or remove the previously used shipping label)
After your item is ready to be shipped, drop-off your parcel at the nearest pick-up point.
Check which courier has delivered your parcel to find out the nearest pick-up point.
Take note of the tracking number so you can follow your return journey.
If you are returning an item from the UK
You can return your order by your own means or, if you wish, you can use an Overcube return label, if you do choose to use our return label 20£ will be deducted from the refund amount. Contact us for more information.
