How do I return an item?

We understand that when you order online you may need some time to decide if you want to keep your order. For this reason we have a 30 day return policy. It is our mission to make this experience as simple and transparent as the purchase.

Before initiating the return process, make sure that the products you are returning are in perfect conditions, with the brand labels and no signs of use. Watch the video to find out how to start the return:



Returning with us is easy! You can send your return to the address on the label on the front of your parcel. Please make sure to keep proof of postage for any returns. If you are returning an order from the EU and did receive a return label enclosed in your Overcube box, please feel free to use the pre-paid return label.

For orders being returned from the UK
To register your return we ask you to access fill in the form with your first and last name, e-mail and order number, you should then be able to select the item/s you wish to return to start the process. 

To return your order, place the products inside the original brand box, and then inside the shipping box in a saleable condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice and return the item you wish to the address on your invoice (this will be with your parcel), in its original packaging.

Please note that your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your chosen delivery service. In case you wish to use an Overcube return label, 20£ will be deducted from the refund amount. Contact us for more information.
