How do I return an item?

Buy it, try it, and if it doesn't suit you or it doesn't look as good as you want, give it back!

You have 30 days from the delivery date of the order to change your mind and proceed with the return.

The products must be in perfect condition:

- No use marks and no visible damage;

- With the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;

- Always with the original box.

Returns in 4 steps:

1. To log your return we ask that you access this link, add in your first and last name, your email, and the order number, you should then be able to select the items you wish to process the return on.

2. Pack the item using the original box where you received the order;

3. Stick the return label (sent inside the box) on the outside of the box, replacing the shipping label;

4. Take your order to the nearest collection point of the carrier that delivered your order (DPD, UPS or DHL)

Then simply wait for the refund to be completed, which will not take more than 10 working days after the order has been picked up from the pick-up point. Please note that this time is relative to the processing of the refund and depending on the payment method used it may take some more time for the amount to be made available.
