Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes?

For orders over 135£, customs fees or taxes may be added to the prices presented at check-out. As the recipient of the order, you may need to pay duties and taxes directly to release your order from customs. Please note that if you refuse to pay the requested customs duties and taxes, leading to the order being returned to us, the shipping value will not be refunded.

Overcube will not be responsible for any duty and tax payments to release your order from customs in the UK, this being the responsibility of the client.

If a duties and tax payment is requested and the customer fails to pay and the order is destroyed, Overcube will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid.
