Is it safe to receive parcels from countries where there have been cases of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus)?

Yes. Our customer's safety comes first, and according to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods are low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

In addition to this, we are keeping constant contact with our carrier partners, which are being proactive and are adopting a rigorous approach to the official recommendations.

We are closely following the latest guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local governments and public health agencies.

We will update our practices accordingly and keep you, our customer, at the heart of everything we do.
