How do stock shortage situations work?

If you have received an email informing you that your order has been canceled due to lack of stock, do not be alarmed as this is a situation that may happen.

These out-of-stock situations can unfortunately occur in any online store. It is not at all our intention to create false expectations as all we want is for all our customers to be more than satisfied with our service and the items they ordered with us.

It is with great regret, always, that we communicate situations of lack of stock. On special occasions such as sales and promotions the stock runs out very quickly.

To minimize the inconvenience that this situation may cause, we do our best to keep the stock up to date by reviewing it hourly. We have also introduced a new feature that allows us to let the customer know as soon as the item is available again. See how to activate this option here.
