Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

Our team works directly with the brands in order to ship all orders as quickly as possible. So, if you change your mind about your order after you have paid for it, we will do our best to cancel it. However, if the order is already on your way, it will not be possible to cancel or change it.

As soon as you realise that you do not wish to proceed with the ordered item, please contact us and we'll do our best to find the right solution for you.
