When and where does the collection happen?
Once you’ve initiated the return process online, you can choose if you want a collection to be scheduled at the address you provided or you may also take your parcel to a drop off point, so that it can be delivered back to us. After this, if you want to make any changes regarding the collection date or address, feel free to contact our Customer Service team. If necessary, we'll get in touch with you to review details or anything else you may need. Easy like Sunday morning!
