Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your order with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro), and PayPal. If you are located in Portugal, you can also do it via ATM Reference or MBWAY. No excuses not to go forth with your purchase!

I am having issues with my payment, what should I do?
First things first: If you are not able to proceed with your payment, contact your payment provider and confirm that everything is OK, from their side. Don't forget to mention you are buying online with overcube, since they may be blocking your payment, for security reasons. When will Overcube charge my credit card?
After you finish checking out, the sum total of your order is pre-authorised by your Credit Card, which means that the amount is reserved by Overcube. As soon as your order is shipped, that amount will be charged, and debited to us. You will probably see two transactions with your bank, but rest assured that you were charged only once. Got questions? We're here! http://help.overcube.com/support/tickets/new

I did not receive my payment confirmation email, what should I do?
An automatic email will be sent once you complete your payment. If you didn't receive any emails, have a look at the trash/spam folder, or even sign in your Overcube account to check the order status. Where can I find my invoice?

How can I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code you just need to apply it when you are checking out, on step 1. You will see a box that says: "Enter your code".  Please note that promo codes can't be used in conjunction with other promo codes, nor they work with sales items. Some can only be used once, depending on campaign. Every time you receive a promo code the terms and conditions will be mentioned, wether you get them by email or phone.
