How do I return an item?
1. Login into your Overcube account and access your order list to initiate your return. 2. Our customer service will contact you in order to schedule the best pick up date and address for you. 3. How do I package my item for collection?
Our team came up with this incredible idea: You can re-use the Overcube box! All you need to do is pack your item inside the brand's box, and then put it inside Overcube's box. Use our stickers to properly seal the box, and finally attach the shipping label that was also packed inside your order or that will be given to you by the driver, who will collect your order. Don’t forget to remove the original shipping label, so it doesn’t get sent back to you!

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
We want your shoes to be the perfect fit for you. If this isn't the case,  you can use our free returns service. Just follow the steps here. Once we receive the item back, we will re-order it for you in the size that you wish.

When and where does the collection happen?
Once you’ve initiated the return process, someone from our customer service will contact you! You can then provide us with the best date and address, where the collection will take place! We do ask that you give us two working days to schedule and confirm the collection! Our collection service occurs from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. Collection time slots may vary depending on carrier and their availability.

When and how will I receive my refund?
As soon as we confirm that we have received the item back, and it is in perfect conditions, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all brand tags attached and the original packaging included, we will then initiate the refund process for you back to the original method of payment, or we can also provide you with an Overcube voucher in the same value of your returned item, so that you can use in a future purchase!

Can I return an item using my own means of transport?
It is possible to send a return using a different courier, but please remember that Overcube cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss during transport and any costs associated, therefore we strongly encourage you to use our free return service.
