When and how will I receive my refund?

A validation process will be initiated as soon as we receive your parcel. If the return complies with our policy, we will proceed with your refund according to the refund method you selected. If this isn't the case, we will contact you. 

The whole process shouldn't take longer than 10 working days after the parcel has been picked up.
