When and how will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive confirmation from the brand that they have received the item and that it is in perfect condition (unused, washed or damaged, with the brand and original box labels included), we will then begin the refund process back to the original payment method.
If you have asked to exchange an item, the refund will be processed through a voucher that you can then use on your next purchase. If you have requested a refund for the same payment method, please note that we only refund the value of the item - shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is damaged or if the item sent does not correspond to what was ordered. If you have returned the item by your own means, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
This process can take up to 10 working days.
