Can I cancel or change my order after the payment?
Our team works at the speed of light to have all orders shipped as fast as possible, so if you change your mind, tell us right away and we will do our best to try and cancel it for you. However, if we can't do it, you are able to send your order back. Contact our Customer Service Team to check the possibility of having an exchange.

Is it possible to change the shipping address?

How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel begins its journey, you will be notified via email, along with the tracking number. Then you can easily monitor and count the minutes for the arrival of your package, accessing the carrier's website. www.dhl.com / www.chronopost.com / www.ctt.pt

Is my package insured and do I have to sign for my order?
We do all we can to keep your order protected during its trip to you, so our orders are all insured and we will request your signature upon delivery. On what depends on us, your babies will arrive safe and sound.
